1. General Return and Exchange Conditions
- Time Frame: You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items that are personalized, custom-made, or digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or there is a production error on our part.
2. Damages and Production Errors
We take great care in packaging and printing, but sometimes errors happen.
- If your order arrives damaged or if there is a production error (e.g., wrong print, misspelled text based on your approved design, or a physical defect), please contact us immediately with photos of the damage/error.
- In such cases, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact us first using the details below. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Customer is Responsible for Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to damage or a production error (as stated above), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days (usually 5-7 business days).
- Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
