1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are subject to product availability and production time.
- Processing Time: The time we need to prepare an order for shipping typically ranges from 3–7 business days for most products. This may vary for custom, high-volume, or complex orders. We will inform you of any expected delays.
- Business Days: Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on weekdays (Monday to Friday) only, excluding major public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 3–8 additional business days, depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.
- Delays: Delivery estimates are calculated from the day of shipping, not the day of order placement. We partner with reliable carriers, but delivery delays can occasionally occur. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, weather, or customs.
3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
- PrintQueens is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
